Blinds were $150,000-$300,000 and the ante $50,000. Steve Dannenmann bet 700,000 preflop and chip leader Hachem called.

Hachem now had the nut hand. He checked hoping that Dannemann should bet. Dannenmann again bet $700,000. Hachem raised to $1,700,000. Dannenmann called. Hachem's plan worked out.

As soon as it came Hachem bet $2,000,000. Dannenmann now with top pair raised to $5,000,000. Hachem thought for a second and then went all-in. Dannemann called. The river came

The river card did'nt change the situation. Josef Hachem became the WSOP 2005 winner and the first one ever to receive $7.5 million at the World Series of Poker.
